The Rt. Rev. Nedi Rivera, provisional bishop of the Diocese of Eastern Oregon, serves the diocese on a one-third time basis. She is in eastern Oregon for quarterly meetings of Diocesan Council and Standing Committee; for Diocesan Convention; for specific retreats and camp sessions at Ascension School Camp and Conference Center; for parish visitations and other pastoral duties.
